A Day To Remember Sue Victory Records
According to The Gunz Show, A Day To Remember are suing Victory Records. According to legal documents, A Day To Remember believe that they have completed their contract with Victory and want to be free of legal obligations to the label. A Day To Remember are legally bound to Victory Records and will apparently not write or release more music until they are free from the label.
